Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your products made?

Everything we sell is made in Europe by small brands and workshops, mostly in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Each product page tells you where it is made.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared in 1–3 working days and usually arrive 3–8 working days after dispatch. Made-to-order items take longer: the time is shown on the product page. See our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

Italy: €6.90. Other EU countries: €7.90. Free shipping on orders over €50. We ship to the EU countries shown at checkout (currently not to Cyprus and Malta).

Why did my order arrive in several parcels?

Our products are shipped directly by the European makers. If you order from different brands, your items travel in separate parcels, at no extra cost to you.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Write to legalmail@trucutu.com and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer; sealed cosmetics cannot be returned once opened. Full details in our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely; we never see your card details.

Do you have a discount code?

Yes: use TRUCUTU10 for 10% off orders over €50.
